Terms of Service

By accessing or using WebSoQuick, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of WebSoQuick after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

WebSoQuick provides website building, hosting, and AI assistant services for small and medium-sized businesses. Our managed plans include site creation, content writing, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. Self-serve plans provide access to our platform tools for customers who prefer to build and manage their own sites.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

WebSoQuick plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis, in advance of the service period. Payment is processed at the start of each billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date to [email protected]. Your service will remain active through the end of the current paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time, non-refundable charges that cover the initial build and configuration of your site. Setup fees are waived during our public beta period.

You retain full ownership of your business content, including text, images, logos, and other materials you provide to us. By using WebSoQuick, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display, host, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

WebSoQuick owns the platform, software, templates, and infrastructure used to deliver the service. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Upon cancellation, we will provide a full export of your site content within 14 days.

You agree not to use WebSoQuick to publish or distribute illegal content, spam, malware, or content that violates the rights of others. You must not misuse the AI assistant by attempting to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies, without refund, following a reasonable notice and cure period where the violation is curable.

WebSoQuick is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
